  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date results in automatic renewal
  • All billing is subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, republish, or modify any portion of the Service without written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform
  • Scrape, extract, or replicate the software logic
  • Share account credentials

Violation may result in termination without refund.

8. No Medical Advice

9. Data & User Content

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse. Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
